1. Agreement and eligibility
By using VINGO, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy and Refund Policies. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Do not use the Service if you do not agree.
2. Nature of the Service
VINGO provides fictional AI companion conversations. Profiles, names, images and messages may be synthetic or fictional and do not represent real people available for dating, meetings, employment or offline contact. VINGO does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial or emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
3. Account security
You are responsible for your phone, OTPs, account activity and accurate information. Do not share access or attempt to bypass authentication, billing, rate limits or security. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Pricing, wallet and paid minutes
- Current chat rate and wallet balance are shown before a paid chat starts.
- Starting a chat authorizes the first paid minute. If auto-continue is enabled, each further minute is charged from the wallet at the displayed rate until you end the chat or the available balance is insufficient.
- VINGO displays a low-balance/time warning where technically available, but you remain responsible for monitoring the timer and ending the chat.
- Recharge credit is added only after server verification of a captured payment. Payment credentials are processed by the selected payment provider.
- Unused wallet balance does not expire by default. Any future expiry or promotional-credit rule will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
- Prices may change prospectively; a changed rate applies only after it is displayed for a new paid period.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use VINGO to break the law; exploit or sexualize minors; threaten, harass or promote violence; solicit passwords, OTPs or sensitive financial information; impersonate a real person; distribute malware; scrape profiles; reverse engineer security; automate abusive traffic; or attempt fraud, chargeback abuse or payment bypass. We may restrict or terminate access to protect users and the Service.
6. User content
You retain rights in content you submit. You give us a limited permission to host, process and transmit it to operate, secure and improve the Service. You confirm you have the right to submit that content. We may remove unlawful or harmful content.
7. Intellectual property
The VINGO name, interface, software, artwork and other Service materials are owned by or licensed to the operator and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
8. Availability and disclaimers
AI replies can be inaccurate, inappropriate or unexpected. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific emotional outcome, or that AI output is factual. Use your judgment and do not rely on chats for high-stakes decisions.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, VINGO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
10. Suspension, termination and changes
You may stop using VINGO at any time. We may suspend access for security, unlawful conduct, non-payment or material breach. We may update these Terms and will post the effective date; material changes will receive additional notice where required.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in India will handle disputes, subject to mandatory consumer rights and dispute forums.
